NEW POOL INFORMATION
 
 
As of June 29th we will be able to Open the Pool! Before we can do that we must have all residents that plan to use the pool to read the new rules and protocols and sign a Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement. Once we get the signed waiver then we will send you a link to the sign up genius account so you may reserve a spot to swim.  The attached link will take you to the new Rules and Protocols and the Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement.

NOTICE TO ALL WOLF CREEK RESIDENTS
Updates as of May 30, 2020
 
As the world has changed with the Coronavirus Pandemic we have tried to stay up with the changes as they occur that affect the neighborhood. The biggest change for us right now is having to keep the pool closed. We have heard that we might be able to open, in some capacity,  but we are waiting on details on what will be required to open and how we have to maintain the area to see if it is even feasible to open.
Good news is that we can open the Tennis Court as of June 1. In addition to the lock on the gate we need to follow a protocol that gives us a better control of the use of the courts and allows us time to clean handles, net posts, nets…
To use the tennis courts please reserve your time by calling Cindy Lynn, at 502-228-2372. She will take your reservation and arrange for you to pick up a key to the pad lock as well as the gate code. You will be required to return the key to Cindy when you are done. If a key is lost or not returned there will be a $20.00 charge for the key. No chairs or benches are available.  With only 1 court available, we will not guarantee anyone a permanent time spot for the summer. This will allow for all residents to have access.
Signs for the Rules and protocol for Tennis/Pickleball are posted on the court fences. They are:
·       Use Tennis/Pickleball court at own risk- Follow USTA Safety Guidelines for Safe Play
·       To open gate: Schedule court time and obtain key from manager at 502-228-2372
·       NO food, glass, or alcoholic beverages
·       NO pets
·       NO bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, roller skates, ball playing
·       Proper footwear required
·       Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adult
·       Court hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
·       Do not abuse the net or other equipment
·       Return key to manager after use
·       Lost or non-returned keys are $20.00
 
 
 
The Governor has approved that on June 1, 2020 Aquatic and fitness centers can open for lap/training swimming only. This does not include Recreational Swimming for pools. While our pool is closed, we still have expenses that are associated with the pool. To help offset these expenses, the Board has voted on and approved the renting of our pool to Lakeside for their training sessions. They will start at 7:00 a.m. on Monday June 1 and will be using the pool everyday until 5:00 p.m. The times may vary but this is for the week of June 1. The pool will not be open to residents during this time, just the Lakeside swimmers that are on the approved list. The Lakeside Team has to follow many rules and regulations to check the health and security of the swimmers before they can get in the water and very limited number of non-swimmers will be allowed on the deck.
We are not opening our pool to residents for lap swimming as that would incur more expense of having to have lifeguards and only being able to swim 1 person per lane would only allow 6 residents at a time for lap swimming and it would be very expensive and not a fair solution to all residents. Allowing Lakeside to rent the lanes allows us to offset expenses with no extra costs.
